Our journey started on-site, not in a boardroom.

Founder Daniel Joannides grew up in a family-run construction business, spending his early years hands-on, learning the trades, understanding the pressure of deadlines, and gaining a deep respect for the people who make buildings happen.

By the time he turned 20, Daniel had worked on over 200 projects across London and the Home Counties, earned his Gas Safe certification, and developed a reputation for practical problem-solving on-site. But through it all, one thing stood out: the right team makes or breaks a project.

Frustrated by the gap between recruitment firms and real-world site demands, Daniel launched Orama Contracts, a recruitment agency created by tradesmen, for the construction industry.
